Oh, I love Spain. I'd move there tomorrow too.quirkyartisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09609516307693889792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-11541996085840854562007-11-02T08:43:00.000-07:002007-11-02T08:43:00.000-07:00Ron, It's always fun to capture someplace new with...Ron, It's always fun to capture someplace new with my paints.

Jeanne, The only problem with the moleskin is that when you're done with a painting you can't give it away. Sometimes I like to do that.Joanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10860888779743721034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-18798354419533742592007-10-31T22:21:00.000-07:002007-10-31T22:21:00.000-07:00Ve4y pretty. So I had a name sticker and stuck that over it. After that I decided oh well. For a long time I did my scavenger hunts in mine. You can always buy another. I have filled two mostly with scavenger items. I bought a new one for my hospital/recovery and will use it while I am there and after I come home."JeanneG"https://www.blogger.com/profile/16398758813763335651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-29172337265232719092007-10-31T18:12:00.000-07:002007-10-31T18:12:00.000-07:00Very nice Joan, done in an appealing style.Very nice Joan, done in an appealing style.Ron Morrisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10787006578615434837noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-72424521065719020502007-10-30T10:57:00.000-07:002007-10-30T10:57:00.000-07:00Holly - Thanks. I was also in Germany, but the weather there was too cold for plein air painting. I did a few paintings indoors there.

Robyn - I think I need to do that first sketch in the moleskin sketchbook and then I won't hesitate to use it. I've had the book for a few months now. I had fun doing these. Most of them were done in ink & watercolor.Joanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10860888779743721034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-36943114428297263322007-10-30T10:39:00.000-07:002007-10-30T10:39:00.000-07:00These are gorgeous Joan! But I can't talk, I've recently been given a new watercolour sketchbook and haven't been able to bring myself to risk 'spoiling' it with a bad painting. This is a very common phobia it seems.;)Robyn Sinclairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01663604160297996421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8965641015139223209.post-26198189477897807652007-10-30T09:24:00.000-07:002007-10-30T09:24:00.000-07:00Joan...these are beautiful! you are so lucky to tr...Joan...these are beautiful! you are so lucky to travel and then come home to document what you saw in such a beautiful way!Holly Lombardohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01296052787299086637noreply@blogger.com
