This is one of my favorite paintings that I did in Spain. There was just something about this little run-down gem that captured my heart. All it needs is a little love and a lot of work. This is 4 x 6 done with ink and watercolor.

It's a gem of a painting, Joan but beware of falling for one of these little ruins. They are money pits!
