I went back to Smith Point Park the other day and did a larger version of this path. You can see the first one below titled "Flowers Along the Fence." This one is 7 x 10.

About Me
- Joan
- I have always participated in the visual arts including watercolors, drawing and sketching, pen and ink, and photography. Since retiring from teaching I have devoted much of my time to watercolors, sometimes combining them with pen and ink or collage. Watercolor is the perfect medium to capture the beauty that surrounds us. I love to travel, and sketch and paint wherever I go. Painting, especially on location, captures the spirit and life of the subject. I hope to continue doing that for a long time to come.

BEAUTIFUL and most inviting ... wish I could be walking that path to the inviting water. HOT HOT today with temps and humidity nearing 100 tomorrow ... hope you get a chance to paint -- but enjoy your family visit!
