With the wet weather we have been having here in NY, my plein air painting lately has been done from the front seat of my car. This is 4 x 6 and done in ink & watercolor. At one point while painting this I had to close the car windows because the rain was coming in. lolSaturday, June 13, 2009

WONDERFUL, Joan!!!! I just got off the phone with my sis .. she's cleaning so it must be RAINING! LOL I love how you do houses, Joan -- such a soft, painterly approach!
It does have a rainy quality to it! I'm a bit tired of the June Gloom here in California. I'm hoping once we take off in a few days on our road trip into the desert southwest that the sun will welcome us at every stop!
