Happy New Year!

My thanks to all of you who have shared my artistic journeys this year. As the year ends I give thanks for the many joys of this year with family, friends, travel, and a new addition to our family who I have been painting this week.

This may well be my last plein air painting for 2010. I wanted to find a place to park the car that had a view of shadows on the snow. But the piles of snow hampered my view in most places. I finally found a spot (in a funeral home parking lot of all places) where I could see something. This is 4 x 6.

Happy New Year to all of you!!! May this year be a peaceful, happy, healthy, productive, and inspirational year filled with love for all of you!

Just shows what lengths you will go to for a painting. LOL

I hope you and yours have a most blessed and joyous New Year and I eagerly look forward to another year of your amazing artwork!
