This is an ATC (2.5 x 3.5) that is part of the series of florals that I'm doing for an exchange. I used ink and watercolor crayons in this. Hydrangeas are a challenge because of all the little flowers clustered on each branch. I thought the wc crayons might make it a bit easier, but I think the smallness of the card made using them a bit harder. I may try another hydrangea in just watercolor.

It came out beautifully loose Joan, nice work!
Ah, Joan, sweet spring and warm blue ... love the work you did!!! I am really enjoying your wee cards!
Looks very good!
Anita - I think it might have worked looser on a larger painting, but I was happy with it. Thanks.
Lin - I like doing these little ones. It's fun to see how much I can get on the tiny cards.
Ron - Thanks. I may try this method larger.
I like it! You have just enough there to tell the story.
You capture it beautifully in this tiny format. I find it hard to do this flower as well. You did it so good.
Beautiful and lively. I love all the last few works.
