A second ATC that I did for the "25 of ?" exchange has arrived at it's destination, so I can post it here. This is 2.5 x 3.5 inches and was done from a photo I had taken at an iris garden that I visited in NJ. Since this is "Iris I" you can be sure there will be at least another iris painting (if not more).

This is lovely, Joan! I really love that deep purple against the white and the waviness of the edges -- good job! Looks like you're enjoying these!
The iris is beautiful, I can't wait to see the next one. I have always wanted to try ATC's. Thank you for the inspiration.

Joan, I really like the color and contrasts in this
Wow, Joan you are becoming a miniture specialty artist! I can't believe the details you get in those tiny paintings.
gorgeous! I love the way you've got those edges...
Lin - Thanks so much. Irises are such great flowers with those fancy edges.
Jane - The ATCs are fun to do. Thank you.
Jo - With all my photos of irises in different colors I went for the purple & white first because of the contrasts. Thanks.
Desiree - Thanks. I'm enjoying doing these.
Helen - Those rugged edges are so much fun to play with. Thanks.
