"Sorrento Afternoon" was also painted from our hotel. This time I was sunning myself at the pool. I love the terra cotta roofs and the red umbrellas on top of the modern building. There is a domed church in the painting. I don't know if that was the church that rang the bells all the time, but it seemed to do it nonstop at times, sometimes playing a song. Luckily we weren't too close to it. Ciao Sorrento!
