Ocean Point

This is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and was done on location near Boothbay Harbor, Maine. The fog was rolling in and out that morning, giving a misty look to the water in the distance. I love the coastal scenery up there...the rocks, water, and trees.

Lori, Thanks. I had fun traveling around and painting these.

Ron, Thank you. Since Maine is one of my favorite places, I had to learn to do those rocks.

Jeanne, Thanks. I'm glad you like my foggy painting. I love being by the water up there. It's so interesting.

Stunning watercolour, Joan. I hope you're going to frame it. Makes me want to learn to paint rocks.

Roybn, Thanks. Maine is a place near and dear to my heart. I enjoy going up there to visit, but could never live there. There's too much peace and quiet.

Mickey, I was thinking of you while I painted this. I know how much you love Ocean Point.
