Manorola View - ATC

I did this 2.5 x 3.5 ATC for the WetCanvas project. It was done from my own photos of Manorola in Italy's Cinque Terre. It was amazing to see all these colorful houses perched on the side of the cliff. I just loved this spot.

I love the fact that you saw it, photographed it and then turned it into something filtered through your own artistic interpretation. Good...good.

Ron - I'm usually a crazy person taking photos when I travel, so I have lots of them to interpret as paintings. Thanks.

Anita - Thank you. The clusters of brightly colored houses was just perfect.

Lin - Thanks so much for appreciating these.

Jo - You can come with me to Italy any time. Thanks.

Tracy - It's cold here too, so when I look at this I think of how warm and sunny it was to be sitting in the harbor looking at this view. Thanks so much.

Oh, that's really sweet. I have tried and failed to produce ATCs ... am finding postcard-sized works to suit me better. Would love to see something as pretty as this in real life, as I cannot imagine it quite that small!! Nice job.
