I did this 4 x 6 on Sunday on the grounds of the Maritime Museum in Sayville. The skies were overcast (artistic license was used here) so I decided I'd better do something small so I would have time to finish it before it rained. It was windy and damp but I kept on painting.

JOAN! This is really FABULOUS!! I am also kerflomoxed about how best to treat such grassy areas, but you have captured this one with gorgeous results!! BRAVA~!
Lin - Thanks! Grasses are easy on 4 x 6 paper. lol Larger is harder.
