Both of these are 2.5 x 3.5 and were done for the exchange I've been doing on WetCanvas. They both safely swam to their new owners. They were done in ink and watercolors.

About Me
- Joan
- I have always participated in the visual arts including watercolors, drawing and sketching, pen and ink, and photography. Since retiring from teaching I have devoted much of my time to watercolors, sometimes combining them with pen and ink or collage. Watercolor is the perfect medium to capture the beauty that surrounds us. I love to travel, and sketch and paint wherever I go. Painting, especially on location, captures the spirit and life of the subject. I hope to continue doing that for a long time to come.

They are so cute Joan.
BEAUTIFUL!!! I really love the seahorse especially -- the washy washes make it look as though he's underwater! Wish you'd send some of YOUR rain!
