This was done for the WDE on WetCanvas from a faded sepia photo supplied by Bunny. This is her dad...a very handsome man! I hope I did justice to him. This is about 4 x 6.

About Me
- Joan
- I have always participated in the visual arts including watercolors, drawing and sketching, pen and ink, and photography. Since retiring from teaching I have devoted much of my time to watercolors, sometimes combining them with pen and ink or collage. Watercolor is the perfect medium to capture the beauty that surrounds us. I love to travel, and sketch and paint wherever I go. Painting, especially on location, captures the spirit and life of the subject. I hope to continue doing that for a long time to come.

I love your collection of windows ... love the freshness of the watercolours, and I love the last portrait , very nice...
I have checked your WDE images aand saved some to do , I have already done a few but didn´t get to posting them yet... I am starting to psint in my free time, since I have one more illustration to do... I will be posting some of them some time soon
