Yesterday I headed over to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale on my search for snowy landscapes. I actually got out of my car and took a walk. I should have brought my painting chair because I ended up standing to paint this. Balancing a sketchbook, travel paints, two brushes, and paper towels isn't easy. lol This is 4 x 6. Snow is forecast for this area again today.

Joan, this is absolutely beautiful! Honestly, I can almost see the actual place and you standing with your paper towels under your arm. The house below is awesome too. Great job with the whites of winter!
