This is 7 x 10 and was painted for the WDE on WetCanvas from a reference supplied by Elaine. I love rocks and water, so this was one I couldn't resist. Every time I paint rocks I think of my class with Jerry Brommer...Thanks, Jerry!

Wow Joan, this is really lovely, so are you going to share what you learned in class! Water is hard! Great job on this one!
JOAN!!! STUNNING INDEED!!!! COLORFUL, FLOW OF PAINT AND LINE, THAT HINT OF PINK IN THE ROCKS -- BRILLIANT!! WOW OH WOW!! ONE OF MY FAVORITES OF YOURS!!! GLORIOUS!
Anita - You are so kind. Thanks!
Desiree - Thank you. I took the class with Jerry Brommer a few years ago and he taught me rocks. The water exercises were on WetCanvas and it was the theme for the month. The tread was really helpful.
Lin - Thanks so much! I liked how it came out and wished I had done it larger. lol (Isn't that always the way?)
Joan, this is so great. I love the color in the water and the movement. Nice rocks, too.
Jo - This one I enjoyed doing. It's fun when the water works. Thanks!!
I agree, stunning, Joan! You certainly have a wonderful way with rocks. And I'm sorry I'm so late to see this one.
